Budget skip bin hire Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with any quote or order confirmation provided by Budget skip bin hire.
• Customer: The person or entity hiring the skip bin.
• Skip Bin: The waste container provided by Budgrt skip bin hire for the disposal of Permitted Waste (defined below).
• Permitted Waste: General household waste, green waste, and construction and renovation waste (excluding prohibited items - see clause 5).
• Delivery Address: The location where the Skip Bin will be delivered and collected.
• Rental Period: The period between skip bin delivery and collection, as specified in the quote.

2. Services

2.1 Budget skip bin hire will deliver a Skip Bin to the Delivery Address on the agreed date, subject to access and availability. 

2.2 Mr Skips will collect the Skip Bin from the Delivery Address on the agreed date, or as otherwise arranged. 

2.3 Budget skip bin hire reserves the right to refuse delivery or collection if the Delivery Address is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Delivery Address is clear and accessible for skip bin placement and collection by a large vehicle. 

3.2 The Customer is responsible for

• Ensuring the skip bin is placed on a level and solid surface.
• Obtaining necessary permits for skip bin placement on public property (if applicable).
• Complying with local waste disposal regulations.

3.3 The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for skip bin placement on public property. 

3.4 The Customer is responsible for ensuring only Permitted Waste is placed in the Skip Bin. (See clause 5 for prohibited items). 

3.5 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Skip Bin is not overloaded and that waste is level with the rim. 

3.6 The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the Skip Bin or Mr Skips property during the rental period. 

3.7 The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Skip Bin is not moved from the Delivery Address without Budget skip bin hire  prior written consent.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 The Customer agrees to pay the fees as outlined or verbally and, in the quote, including skip bin rental, delivery, collection, and any applicable taxes. 

4.2 Payment is due in full before skip bin delivery unless a credit account has been approved by Budget skip bin hire . 

4.3 If customer does no pay for the skip bin or rubbish removal Budget skip bin hire reserves the rite to return the rubbish to the address it came from at any time and doing so at the customers full expenses and the customer still owes delivery and pick up and return charges to be advised by Budget skip bin hire  of the total price owing.

4.4 Budget skip bin hire  reserves the right to charge additional fees for: * Exceeding the Rental Period. * Overfilling the Skip Bin. * Disposal of prohibited items  (See clause 5). * Any council fines incurred due to Customer misuse of the Skip Bin. * Any overweight charges.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in Budget skip bin hire bins:

• Asbestos of any kind
• Flammable liquids (paint thinners, diesel, kerosene petrol, etc.)
• Gas cylinders
• Hazardous waste (chemicals, batteries, etc.)
• Liquids (oil, paint, etc.)
• Medical waste
• Tyres
• Electrical appliances contaminated
• Compressed Fibro
• Astro turf
• MDF board
• Glass
• Wet concrete
• Food waste

5.1 Prohibited Actions:

• Overfilling the skip bin beyond the rim.
• Placing hazardous or restricted materials in the bin.
• Lighting fires or burning waste in the skip.
• Moving or relocating the skip bin without permission
• Damaging the skip bin in any way.

6.Cancellation

6.1 The Customer may cancel the skip bin rental with at least 24 hours notice Monday to Friday only not on weekends prior to scheduled delivery and receive a full refund. 

6.2 Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $80.00 as long as the truck has not left the depot to deliver the skip bin if it has a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Budget skip bin hire  is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the Skip Bin. 

7.2 Budget skip bin hire  is not liable for delays in delivery or collection due to circumstances beyond their control.

8. Property & Ownership You acknowledge that all right, title and ownership of the Goods, will at all times remain the absolute property of Budget skip bin hire

9. Termination

9.1 Budget skip bin hire  reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove the Skip Bin immediately if the Customer breaches any of these terms and conditions.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through good faith negotiation.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of NSW Australia.

12. Entire Agreement

12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements, whether oral or written.

By accepting a quote or using a Budget skip bin hire  Skip Bin, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
